Our sailing season is over - in case you missed the location of the boat (on the hard) and me with a "Mütze" - a sure sign that winter is upon us!

Haul out went well - and the rain waited until we had been lifted and secured. The next boat - and the last for the day, the lift-out crew was running well behind schedeule - was a 44' catamaran with a beam of 22 feet. There is a flag pole just to the left of our boat. With only 4" to spare, they managed to move the boat into its spot, with me holding a fender to our port side to fight off this monster. But we did not mind .... Sally and Arti are very nice neighbours, and we look forward to work side by side with them.

We celebrated this event with a nice meal and a bottle of Retsina in the evening.

Have a good rest ... La Buena Vida!
